The Tamagotchi world bristles with life once again on the DS with over 100 different Tamagotchi and 12 shops for players to run and develop. By treating customers with quality service and selling quality goods - cheeseburgers made to order putting wasabi onto pieces of sushi and hand tailoring gym bags - players can impress the princess and be rewarded with store upgrades for their customer appreciation. With ‘gotchi points’ earned in the shop clothing new rugs wallpapers food and other items can be purchased to keep the Tamagotchi partners happy. New shops such as the Bowling Alley and Sushi Bar are available in Tamagotchi Connection Corner Shop 2 as well as upgrades to old favourites like the Flower Shop and the Concert Hall where players can sing along to the music through the DS microphone. The DS Wi-Fi connection also lets gamers give gifts and trade cards with friends to share the experience.
